Styx Mill Country Club

Featuring New Zealand’s first community-owned leisure facility and gated enclaves, Hamish was engaged to re-brand the 260 property Styx Mill Estate and bring the marketing in house. He took over the sales function as well and was successful in selling down the project. (See Testimonial)

Riverside Reserve

Hamish was appointed to create a brand, develop and implement marketing and sell down this 40 section luxury development, including spec homes, for an Australian based owner. This was achieved in 15 months at record prices for the Northwood area.

Groynes Park

Hamish was brought in to advise on the marketing and strategic development of the 400 Sections and Home and Land Packages in North West Christchurch. He also made some sales for the Developer, achieving record pricing in a challenging environment.

Hans Bay Estate

Hamish was engaged to market and sell the consented development site, the sale of which was required by the Funder. Hamish’s extensive networks enabled him to achieve this result and the site went to a known Christchurch businessman with West Coast ties.

Venterra’s client was a business adviser, financier and chartered accounting firm. They called Hamish in to provide a written assessment of this stalled development and propose a strategic plan to assist their local Agent to sell down the project going forward.

Avon Executive Apartments

Located beside the Avon River, this 36 Apartment development proposed units with generous giving areas and a basement car-park, features not seen in most new apartment developments. Hamish assisted in the design of the project and wrote a business plan for funding purposes.

Governors Bay Estates

Another distressed, consented Subdivision site, Hamish was engaged by the Funder to market and sell the site which he successfully achieved.  This was only done after an extensive local and international campaign.

Pegasus Town

Hamish was employed by Bob Robertson from Infinity Investment Group as Sales Manager for Pegasus Town, a 3,000 property master-planned Township located 30 minutes north of Christchurch. Built around a beautifully designed feature lake and extending to the sandy surf beach of Pegasus Bay the town was designed to offer residents a lifestyle built around a wide selection of attractions and superb local amenities.

The Star Residences, Gold Coast

Hamish was called upon to develop and execute an nationwide Integrated Marketing Campaign for New Zealand, and managed Sales for the New Zealand launch of this Luxury Apartment Tower, developed by the owners of, and adjacent to, The Star Casino on The Gold Coast.

Alpine View Estate

Hamish was engaged to develop a professional brand and marketing strategy for the development, provide a business plan and a proposal for additional funding. Marketing included a re-brand, taking into account the area’s close ties to Ngai Tahu and a new website.

Ravenswood Village

Another project by Infinity Investment Group, as GM Sales and Marketing, Hamish was contracted to manage Ravenswood’s marketing and sales team. Hamish instigated an innovative redesign of the residential development, along modular principles, aimed at reducing council and building costs, meaning cheaper homes for prospective residents, a large proportion of which would be first home buyers. Ravenswood also saw the successful introduction of New Zealand’s first live on-line property auction. Hamish left the company after Bob Robertson passed away.

Queenstown Views Boutique Hotel

Hamish helped develop an IM for Funding Purposes for the owners for of this proposed 70 room luxury Boutique Hotel, plus initial marketing concepts, and also trained the owners on CRM and Database marketing.
